Suspected cable thief caught after public tip-off in Ampang Jaya

A man suspected of attempting to steal cable at Jalan Tasek Tambahan 3, Kampung Tasek Tambahan, Ampang Jaya was caught after a member of the public phoned police about the 3:59am activity near Masjid Al-Ubudiah.
