New MyKad rollout causes eKYC failures; MyDigital ID online registration not ready

Community-shared report says the new MyKad, rolled out nationwide days ago, is being rejected by eKYC systems at Touch 'n Go eWallet, Ryt Bank, AEON Bank and GXBank, and MyDigital ID online registration is not ready yet. Compatibility gaps between the new card design and industry and government systems are still being worked out.
