Syed Saddiq says haze is not Malaysia versus Indonesia and firms behind forest fires should face action

An r/malaysia post with Environment flair reports Muar MP Syed Saddiq saying the haze should not be framed as Malaysia versus Indonesia, and that companies responsible for the forest fires should face action regardless of nationality. The remark follows criticism from a former Indonesian trade minister. Tracked as a political development within the ongoing transboundary haze episode. Whether it is the same appearance as the earlier Javanese-language appeal already on the board is not stated in the post.
