On the morning of 30 September, a rider reported a Kelana Jaya line train declared out of service at USJ7 with all passengers told to disembark. Around the same time, commuters posted images of the Abdullah Hukum platform packed shoulder-to-shoulder beside a stopped train, and described waiting for the third or fourth train before boarding during the morning peak. Posts joked that RapidKL needs Tokyo-style platform pushers. No Rapid KL statement or cause is stated.
