Lembaga Air Perak cuts Manjung household water meter without notifying owner; supply disconnected

A Manjung resident reports that on 6 October two uniformed Lembaga Air Perak (LAP) workers stopped at a neighbour's house and, while the family was in their own yard, cut the household water meter without notice, disconnecting supply.
