Kedah police say a teenager accused of stealing a motorcycle was caught in Pendang on 5 October and taken to a suspect's house, where he was detained for two days, beaten, tortured and had his hair cut. He was found dead in the house on the night of 7 October and his body was dumped by the roadside. Police arrested 14 men aged 16 to 24 in Gurun and Guar Chempedak a few hours after.
