Tenant reports unusually high electricity charges in Maxihomes rental, suspects billing irregularities

A foreign tenant reports paying an average RM250, sometimes RM300, monthly for electricity in a studio rented from Maxihomes, with the bill falling only about RM30 after halving air-conditioning use. The tenant says inspection requests went unanswered for most of the tenancy until a final check a month before moving out, the outcome of which is cut off in the post. No company response, regulatory complaint, or refund is stated.
